Care and cleaning of this product
To clean this item you can use warm water and neutral soap. For a good result on white sails, we advise you to soap and leave to act for a few hours, then rinse with plenty of water. Allow to air dry. Do not use the dryer
Customization: times and costs
Times: Personalized products are shipped within 7 working days.
Costs: If you have chosen to customize with your initials the cost is €15. If you have customized through our configurator, the price is automatically updated based on the type of customization
Personalized products cannot be returned.
Shipping
Recyclable packaging: All our shipments are packaged with recyclable paper material. The adhesive tape we use is paper. The bags used are of such a size that they can be reused for separate paper collection.
Times: Shipments are made with selected couriers. The standard times for receiving the order are 24/48 hours from entrusting it to the courier for national delivery (islands excluded). When the order is processed, an automatic email is sent with the tracking code to follow the route of your order
Product information
For the production of our articles, we only use fabric recovered from used sails. The technical fabric inserts derive from surplus production. The small parts, zips, ribbons and accessories are supplied by Italian companies.
Our store has been certified by AICEL with certificate n.3272 "I'm Safe". "We accept the most popular payment systems: credit cards, Paypal, Satispay, following the most rigorous rules for your safety. It is also possible to make payments by bank transfer, upon confirmation of the order you will receive the email with the payment details.
Shipping times: Items available in stock are shipped within 2 working days of ordering. Some items can be produced specifically for the order. In this case delivery times vary from 7 to 10 days.
Costs: For orders in Italy and the EU, with a total amount up to €199, the shipping cost is €10. With orders over €200, shipping is free. For shipments to Switzerland, UK, United States and Canada the shipping cost is calculated at check-out, including customs duties.
Returns: can be made within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a waybill from our courier responsible for shipping. Further details on the "Commercial Conditions" page
